Hi Robert, thanks for offering to translate. =)

I moved a post from the old forums that explains how to translate a plugin. Please feel free to ask if you have any more questions.

In the actual translation, it is more important that the basic options in the admin panel and the text that actually appears on the website be translated than the long texts that explain what options mean. AWP is a large project, so if you have limited time, try to focus on the shorter lines.
