Issue - minor : Most of the ajax option works with my current theme. Only issue i have is when people click on the comment link it goes to the permalink instead of appearing on the same page. Is this normal ?

Adding inline comments requires a few theme edits. Did you perform the edits listed in the readme for inline comment form and the inline comments??

i have tried all combination except the " «—Use a custom awp comment template for your theme." for i do not know how to add a custom awp comment template.

"comment form" whether it is ajax enable / disable

it still doesnt work. Would you like to have the whole theme ?

To have AJAX comments on your home page you will have to edit your index.php page to make the links open the comments inline instead of going to the page.
