Name not showing and browser issues

I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this. My blog is at http://annieagarwal.com/blog
In Firefox (3.011 and 3.5 beta) everytime I refresh the page something different happenes. The most common are:
1. not all of the comments show (there are 18 and sometimes only 5 load IE 8 and IE Tab only shows 5 comments).
2. The names are sometimes highlighted/clickable sometimes they are not. I want them in the pink of the page so that the name color seperates the comments
3. Sometimes the word "- edit" shows instead of the person's name even when I am not logged in to WP
