I don't know what I did but the comments feature is not working properly on my main page or subpages.
On the main page I cannot even add a comment.
On the subpages the comments don't look like they should.
I emailed support for my template and they suggested I uninstall and reinstall the entire project from scratch. I REALLY don't want to do that if necessary...
Any help?

On the Seniors! page I can add a comment but they look fugly.
Thanks,

Please check to make sure that comment ID 9 and 10 were submitted correctly. I'm getting the message that they were when I look at the AJAX responses, but I'm not getting them to returned which may mean they are being flagged as spam.
Try disabling any other ajax scripts you have running and other plugins and see if they start appearing correctly.

Not to sound like a complete idiot but I have NO idea what you are talking about when you say ID 9 and 10. What is that? I don't think I have any other ajax scripts running but potentially there is something in my template?
Can you be more clear. Pretend you are talking to your mom (no, really...). I had to watch a 30 minute video tutorial just to install WP! This is my first web project and I am really happy with the design layout and such but the comment thing has me pulling my hair out.
Is there some script I should be looking for in the CSS and where would I find it and can you be more specific.

I figured out what was going on so I thought I would update. The formbuilder WP plug-in was conflicting. As soon as I disabled it, comments are working again. Too bad really because I really would like to have forms. I will have to work with linked fillable PDFs instead. I can make that happen tho... Yay! I am so glad I don't have to start over!

Anyone care to guess why ajax is summing my comments incorrectly? For example I have 6 comments on a post and the show X comments, hide X comments says I have 13. When I only had one it displayed that I have 2.

Do you have trackbacks that are being hidden?
