Ajaxed WordPress

Thanks a lot for this plugin. I’m trying it out as a way to make our site more user friendly.
BUT: I have some funny behaviour here.
If Ajaxed navigation is activated, my site suddenly appears in full width - not in fixed width as it should. This again screws up my heading (header image appearing multiple times) and makes the site look weird.
If I deactivate Ajaxed navigation also the Continue reading link disappears, thus making it impossible to read anything below the More tag. To get back that More link I have to deactivate the AWP plugin.
I believe this has started after I just updated from WP 251 to 262, but I’ve also updated several plugins at the same time. By the way, I have the same problem with both the latest versions - v 1235 and 125.

• Any other setting that could make this happen?
• Any plugin conflicts you’re aware of?
