I have the same problem, as described I put the two lines for awp comments but when there are no comments, it only shows "No Comments" (not clickable). When there is a comment it works..

The No comments and the make a comment are from different modules and shouldn't interfere with each other. Did you change themes?

Hey there, got another problem. I noticed a few weeks ago that the link for inline comments changed. Before the change there was a link with the label "Make a comment" if no one posted before, so the comment form showed up. Now there is only a "No comment" and you have to manually go to the page and make a comment. It behaves normally if there are already comments.

Anyone got an idea? Somehow i can't find the reason why. (I bet it's something reaally simple...)
